Originally a webcomic written and drawn entirely by SmackinKraken, upon joining Science Wizard Comics Kraken decided to reboot the franchise as a proper comic book. New writing, new art, and a new team as Troy and Josh joined recently as inker and colourist respectively to help make Chicken Warrior something truly special.

CHICKEN WARRIOR

A nameless man, raised in the Gladiatorial Arenas in the Southern Amazon Tribes. He earned his freedom and now travels the world, blessed by the gods to only be killed by a beast he has never encountered before. And he's killed MANY beasts. Now he searches the world for that very prophesized beast.

DURA

Dura, once a Warband archer/raider, she abandoned the warmongering Orc life when her clan was killed whilst she was out hunting. Instead, she dedicated her life to study and exploring the world becoming a traveling archaeologist.

PHILOMENA

Once a concubine of Jarvia, Philomena lives for the High Society life. Daily, she tempts, teases and manipulates the men she encounters with out of their belongings with her charms and her silver tongue. She lives for attention and hopes to one day die surrounded by a harem of handsome men and riches

VICTOR

Victor, the Warrrior Mushroom from the tribe of Mushrooms in the deep jungle! He's simple and doesn't understand the Common tongue, but he won't let that stop him!

GUBERWYSS

Guberwyss, stuttering 2nd year student of Bungelbudge University. Secretly, she is also the Prophesied Chosen One, destined to defeat the most powerful dark wizard...whoever that is.

THE KRAKEN

A gargantuan mythological cephalopod. The Kraken is one of the most feared beasts of the depths. Many a ship big and small has fallen victim to the Kraken and few have survived to tell tales of it’s might.

CHICKEN

Much different from the Chickens of our world. The Chicken is a fierce, ferocious creature that few have been able to survive encounters with one on one. Only one man has done so barehanded.

ISSUE 1

PREVIEW

On the high seas bound for the continent of Paramenia, The sultry Philomena stumbles upon and attaches herself to a brave and mysterious Chicken cloaked warrior as the ship is besieged by a mighty Kraken. The Warrior seems completely insane to her as he enlists her aid to fight off the Kraken… just the two of them… A task that should be impossible.
